Comments
Poor visibility for any observations above tree line today. Dug quick pit and found recent rain/temperature crust under 5-10cm of new snow. Did not affect ski quality. No significant shears in upper snowpack. Biggest hazard today was trees that are so loaded with snow they are breaking off.
