Comments
Skied west aspect from 600-1450m. BTL up to 1100m a supportive crust under 20cm light snow skiing well. Forest skinning was difficult on frozen crust. 1100-1450m 10-15cm soft slab sitting on 1F slab. Managed to easily cut small cookies of snow off unsupported terrain features. West facing run skied ok avoiding large convexity near the top.
Winds moderate gusting to strong from S-E with blinding blowing snow on the ridge line. Temps mild. Snowing less than 1cm an hour.
Due to winds was an easy one and done with no arguments from rest of party.
