Comments
We were out on April 7. Great day out, skied a few laps on Zoa near the summit, better than expected snow was really nice up high but deteriorating fast. Down low on the way out was terrible as we figured it would be. Wet loose naturals everywhere on the steep sun slopes, no slab avalanches observed by the time we left (off by 1:30pm) We kept it mellow pit results showed a solid crust at about 100cm in a slightly wind loaded area, HS 300+cm no pops, drops or propagation on any layers. Moderate shear on a storm interface about 35cm down.
