Comments

Great riding conditions but avoided avalanche prone terrain and terrain traps. 20cm+ fell Friday night. 20 cm+ fell Saturday night. On Sunday we we saw a large 2.5 avalanche debris field on the run called “sliders” in Cain’s west bowl. Crown was 10-30cm thick. Width was ~200m and it ran for ~200m. See attached photos. It appeared to be skier triggered and must have happened early afternoon.

Very heavy winds (75km/h) on Saturday evening and night.
