Comments
Good day riding! storm snow was consolidated and felt slab-like, but we experienced good stability on an open tree run ~ 30 degrees. We saw a slide that looked about a day or two old, maybe 50 cm crown or so, I’ve attached some photos.
All in all, good fun but would love to go back and see if the crust/surface hoar layer(s) are present.
