Comments
Another great day spent riding powder. We started at glacier crest, dug a snowpit (see snowpack tab for results) and then rode down toward The ravens. Went back up Mushrooms people, had great conditions again.
It snowed all day (my guess is 8-15cm), with occasionnal break in the cloud for good visibility. There was not so much wind in the morning, but was picking up a bit in the end of afternoon.
No signs of instability while breaking trail, had one easy result on a handshear test. While skiing down east or west faces, we could'nt see or feel any instability. The top of glacier crest was winded, but after 50m of descent it was only low density snow.
