Comments
Storm snow on unupported rolls and convexities above 35 degrees was reactive in the early am and would fracture and run where the terrain shape allowed at the storm snow Interface. The steep feature accessing the upper meadows had failed naturally (see photo) and any small convex rolls in that area or in the trees above parking lot 3B would respond to ski cutting.
