Comments
40cm of storm snow and considerable avalanche danger led us to carving pow turns in a meadow away from avalanche terrain. Thank goodness you can have fun on a sled in mellow terrain. We witnessed one natural slab avalanche today out of the alpine. The wind was blowing moderately in the afternoon and lots of snow was on the move.
