Comments
Rode Torpy yesterday. Wind was blowing from the north and northwest. Where there were no old tracks there was lots of light powder that the wind was picking up and transporting creating easy to see (during the brief times when the sun was out) windslabs on the down-wind side of terrain features. This was in exposed tree line locations and in the alpine. The attached photo shows this nicely. North is toward the right hand margin of the photo.
