Comments
Surprisingly fun skiing given presence of surface crust. Lapped the SW aspect of the small ridge lookers right of cabin. No signs of instability where we were, but stayed on the chill slopes anyways. Happy New Year!
Quick update from our skin out:
The fresh crust we found was present under 15-20cm fresh snow. It was present on N, E, SE aspects as we skinned out around the knoll above the summer trail.
