Comments
The lower East Koots had a good snowfall over the last couple of days. On our trek we found between 20-30 cms fresh snow. But.... at 2335M on a ESE facing slope it is sitting on a very firm wind/sun crust. We stayed in trees and < 30 slopes and everything held well but take real care on anything steeper or exposed.
