Comments
Jimmy Jr had good early season conditions. Snowpack depth ranged from 110cm to 5cm. No signs of instability. Some very small sluffs off the south steep terrain as the day warmed.
Some sharks lurking, but we only found them on the central moraines in the lower section of the bowl when going slow heading to transition and skin back up. Three parties out (one group of six included) pretty tracked out by days end. Needs a refresh. Rugged creek exit, some questionable creek bridging down the gully, but very doable. Nice powder day.
