We checked out both sides of the highway at highwood pass (pocaterra ridge & storm mountain). The snowpack was VERY thin in both places (~30 Cm) so the sharks were out. Still a nice day to be out, but will need a couple good snow falls at least for the skiing to be worthwhile. On pocaterra we saw some old debris coming out of steep couloirs.
