Comments
20-25cm New snow since Sunday at treeline elevations. Ridges were wind pressed with soft slabs present on upper leeward slopes. Foggy day with ridges obscured. Base of fog layer at about 1400m. Profile @ 1600m NNE aspect didn't show anything significant. However we were leary of steep unsupported slopes. Also much faceting around trees and rocks kept us off steep slopes with shallower/uneven snowpack.great skiing down to about 1100m. Still pretty rugged below there.
