Comments
We visited Crumble Mountain today, our first trip to the west coast of VI this season. We found a completely wet and thin (<1 m) snowpack at 1050 m. We put in a spicy track along the lower ridge line, and had some fun working on our tight tree skills. It was 3° and raining at 1 pm when we left the area.
