Comments
Widespread natural activity observed. Most from overhead hazard - cornice drops. 3 Size 2 Wet Loose avalanches observed on East Facing slopes. More than 10 avalanches heard (but not observed) in the late afternoon/early evening on May 16th, and in the early morning of May 17th. Significant wet rain and wet snow fell overnight, with notable winds. West facing slopes had previous slides that ripped to ground, and took out aged trees as well.
