Observation @2000 m NW lower slope of Mt Mandela. Cracks observed on layer near surface from previous nights wind and rain crust approx 10 cm. Depth
240 cm snow depth in that area. Observed CTM18 on December rain crust at 125 cm from surface. Layer observed at 50cm from surface.
