Comments
In the area from 2017-04-14 until 2017-04-16. Warm and sunny, daytime temps above zero. Overnight freezing around 1900m (our campsite elevation). Skiing on Northern aspects was good quality. Other aspects were dust on crust. Natural loose wet size 1 avalanche observed from shallow rocky start zone, triggered from warming on a NE aspect(!). It started on a steep slope in an alpine bowl above where we were skiing. Approximate time was noon. Travel is fast out there right now.
