During gold range traverse. Remote triggered storm/wind slab on Gates at ~2600m near the summit triangle. One whumph on ascent, poor visibility. Coverage on the glacier was spotty with 3m plus in some regions and exposed crevasses elsewhere. Experienced propagating whumphs on SW slopes approaching gates col.
