Comments

We skied Southeast facing terrain in the Wolf Peak area between 2150m and 1450m Northeast of Kootenay Pass. Saw no new avalanche or signs of instability. Height of snow at treeline was about 80cm. Snowpack synopsis consist of 15-20cm of low density snow bonding well to the firm and supportive November 19th crust. Minor wind effect at ridge top. Great skiing despite early season snow coverage. Open creeks along the gas line access are manageable.
