Comments

North facing slopes had good skiing in boot top powder. No sloughing, no slide observed. No crust layers.

SE aspect had signs of sloughing. Skier triggered sloughs on bed surface of slight crust about 10-15cm down at around 1900m. Skier triggered small sloughs on rolls and steep sections from 1900m level down valley bottom.

Small tornado/vortex lasting 45 seconds on ridgeline dividing S and ENE aspects. It was about 80m to 120m tall and transported significant amounts of snow.
