Comments
We did the Wapta Traverse from march 4-8 in stellar conditions. Temperature was cold for the whole trip, with alot of sun during the days. We probed around 180cm on the glacier below Gordon. Crevasses are quite filled in (we still roped up for glacier travel), and it is easy to navigate with such good weather. Snow conditions was good with a 15-20cm on certain ski descent. It was starting to be warm on march 8 below 2400m, with heavy snow sticking to the skis. Travel conditions are excellent on the glacier, so go and get it !
