• Slab avalanches today or yesterday.

At Bijoux, we found powder in sheltered areas and sastrugi at ridge tops. There were windslabs on all the large slopes by Pine Bowl. We stayed away and rode small features instead.

We saw a size 2 windslab avalanche that slid in the last 24 hours. It was a beautiful, calm, sunny day with great riding conditions.
