Comments
Lots of surface hoar at most aspects and elevations (10mm). Only place it wasn't apparent was in the alpine where it was wind affected, or some open south facing meadows where there was a sun crust. Lots of frozen tree bombs below 700m. Snow was mostly facets. South facing alpine slopes were scoured at treeline and above, some shooting cracks on north facing loaded slopes. Very little snow at trailhead (20 cm), maybe 1m at alpine.
