Avalanche conditions

• 30cm + of new snow, or significant drifting, or rain in the last 48 hours.

Skied Lookout col with traverse to Ravens. 30cm ski penetration on the uptrack, 60+ cm of new snow on top of rain crust which ended around 1800m. No signs of slab development in the alpine or off the col.

Observed recent debris off dogleg, but ran from lookers right. Upper third of the proper couloir did not have debris. Did not see any sign of recent debris in ravens. Observed a recent skier triggered slab below tree line across from the Asulkan uptrack. Lots of debris piles in the Asulkan drainage.
