Dropped off Matthew's Traverse into slack country to connect back with Peak to Creek. Snow was wind affected and warming significantly in the setting sun (2:45pm). No signs of instability but we chose a conservative and high route to exit the area quickly.

We skied up and over a ridge and we're faced with a 600-700m long avalanche debris field with consistent width of ~40m. Crown varied from 40-70cm across the start zone. Another skier called it in to patrol and they said it was triggered by a patroller ski cut.

Debris covered many of the tracks from earlier that day
