Sunny and -10C. Boot deep powder. No tracks or anyone above treeline. Little if any evidence of any avalanches around valley. Cornice triggered avalanches on E face of Cirque Peak S ridge. Many whumps in flats. Avoided convex slopes. Skied 3 laps on mellow E face of Helen Ridge.
