Comments
Great skiing at Sand Mtn last Sat. My Forester made it up the logging road until snow stopped us ~500 m before the end.
Day was very warm and sunny. Made it to top at 12:30 in about 2.5h. Saw a couple of wet loose in steeper terrain. Nothing moved on way up.
Skiing the top 2/3 was amazing. Creamy corn, wide open slopes, not tracks. Kicked off some sluggish wet sluff in steeper terrain, but manageable. Bottom 1/3 was very wet and slow.
