Comments
Our goal was to get to White Pass but with the road being closed we decided to take a look around the Wheaton Valley. We noticed a few natural wind slab avalanches but were surprised that we didn't see more given yesterday's howling storm. Wind affected snow could be seen on the surface, giving us the suspicion that wind slabs are likely out there and triggerable by riders.
