Triggered size 2 wind slab skinning up lookers left of memorial rock.
SW, 1400m, 20 degrees at trigger point, 35 degrees at the crown. 50cm deep,
Propagated upwards 20m from my position, and wrapped most of the way around the dome above the fayzurs bench. Maybe 100m wide, we didn't see the full extent of the propagation until after skiing down. I was buried up to my neck without much travel, and one member of the party went for a 30m ride downhill from me.
No injuries, and had a great ski out.
Lucky it didn't step down to the older persistent layers. It might have been a different story in that case.
