Comments
The upper slope on Ramp Peak skied surprisingly well despite the western aspect and low light. Limited wind effect and a firm slope brought ankle deep turns. Shallow snow pack then exposed rocks near the summit so we ditched the skis and boot packed to the top. Decent snow in the upper bowls below the main summit block and supportive crust through the trees above the campground. A cool temperature spring tour.
