Comments
Remote triggered an obviously wind loaded 40 degree NW aspect slope from a broad treed ridge 20+ metres away on the way up Copper Mountain today. ~100m propagation, 30cm - 120cm crown under the cornice. There were 3 interfaces involved but the primary weakness was the second layer down, surface hoar above another windslab which the slide stepped down to in a few places. Widespread whumfing at ridge tops on the wind slabs and also south aspects on a solar crust.
