Comments
Rode the same area Monday and Friday. 300m treed pitch, moderately steep west facing fall line 2150m to 1850m. Monday high winds on ridge but snow quality on slope was stable blower pow. Few naturals seen. Today natural cycle over past 48hours evident on open slopes all aspects. Very high winds at base and ridge (south winds). Top 150m+ of pitch very wind effected with small slabs popping every few turns. 10-30cm thick. Too treed to propagate far but we didn’t go back for another lap. Too cold for photos.
