Comments
Epic day at Crowfoot glades. It was like a pow day at the resort. People skiing everywhere. Stability was good, no signs movement. The snow was denser than usual, despite skiing thigh deep, so a steeper pitch was needed to link turns, which is why everyone came together. The upper alpine ridge was shedding the fresh snow late in the day when the wind picked up a little. It was a great day to be in the backcountry... with 20 of my closest friends
