Comments

Shallow snowpack at LP is heavily affected by cold temps with the faceting process well underway. Pencil minus is the hardest resistance and the foot goes to ground while walking. Depth hoar 15 cm off the ground produces and ugly collapse in compression tests. Snow still sits on the South side of trees. No avalanche activity evident.
