Comments
10 cm of new snow made for some fun skiing in a sheltered alpine gully today. In exposed areas we found wind affected snow, and isolated areas of 10 to 20 cm deep wind drifts where we could produce cracking. At treeline, the snow didn’t have any wind effect at all. Moderate easterly winds continued throughout the day.
We didn’t see any new avalanches.
