Comments

Running a small chute on the south aspect of baldy rocks. Ski cut on the convex on either side of chute entry, no result. Set up two of the party in a sentry position overlooking both sides of chute. First rider dropped and caused a small slide of the storm slab on a wind slab. Propagation was slow and the skier was able to exit before the sluff had a chance to reach them. Crown width was approximately the width of the chute.
