Comments

Sheltered north aspects holding 20-40cm of unconsolidated snow. Steep wings holding a reactive soft slab that was propagating 10-15cm deep and 10-15m wide.

Storm snow in moraine features felt a little upside down with 10-20 of fist hard snow sitting on top of 10-20 of fist minus. Ski cuts on small testers slopes in the moraines produced soft slabs 30-50 deep propagating 3-4m wide and failing on the Dec 7th layer.

Disorganized wind gusts increasing later in the day with moderate snow transport and spooling around from the north to load Rudis south. A variety of aspects developing soft wind slab.
