Comments
We kept to low angle slopes travelling up and down, avoiding exposure from higher elevations. Whumpfing observed at treeline off the skin track. No new avalanche observations other than putting eyes on the one reported Wednesday for Wolverine Ridge. Lee slopes above treeline are wind loaded with slabs. Many locations with surface cracking (see photos). Treeline and below had some decent powder in areas protected by trees or other natural features. We measured snowpack depth between 55cm and 90cm at different locations lee areas at treeline.
