Comments
We toured along Rainbow Creek Trail up to the treed base area of Mt. Sproatt (west aspects). Ascent was crusty/icy until we passed the 1350m line when the snow got dry and fluffy.
Once we reached the base of Mt. Sproatt, we did one lap in the trees, powder was knee deep on top of a crust.
Descent had amazing snow conditions almost the entire way due to active snowfall.
Headwall on the way to Sproatt required boot packing up and was very icy.
