Comments
Snow was chunky and sun affected almost everywhere. We went up to the ridge just above the chutes and the snow was hard and icy from the sun. Once we got low enough, we found some softer powder in one of the chutes. Other chutes that had some more exposure to the sun also had hard and icy snow. The transition from chunky to soft snow was quick. The good snow we found was really nice but we only found in one place.
