Comments
Bailed from the top of pitch one of Fist Fight on the Fist due to the most intense spindrift I have ever experienced on a climb. Couldn't look up, couldn't look down, snow was blowing up as well as down the chimney.
Accumulation at car of 5 cms between 6 am and 4 pm. The main feature of the day was very high wind which switched to easterly in the pm.
Unsurprisingly pockets were loaded as we retreated four hours after approaching.
