Comments
30 to 40 cm overnight and today in Chickadee and on Whymper
Widespread natural soft slab cycle on a mid-storm layer 15 - cm down, all elevations (D1 to 1.5). Several larger slabs up to D2, and we intentionally triggered a similar slide, 40 cm thick.
Numerous loose wet and loose avalanches, up to D2, ran today on low elevations or solar aspects. The snow stayed dry above ~2300m on shaded aspects.
