Comments
My first MIN so go easy on me. Skinned up to just below tree line in burstall pass. Lots of wind in the alpine and lots of wind loading on NE aspects. Couldn’t produce failure on our column prying with a shovel caused failure on the November crust (found facets above and below). 45cm new snow on top of what seemed like a bit of wind crust. Skied a mellow (~25 degree) slope with blower powder.
