Roughly 40-50 whumpfs through the day all aspects between 1750m to 2000m. Dec 15 Surface Hoar/ Crust/ Facet layer found between 40 and 60 cm's down. Skied conservatively in low angle trees. Most ridges had some wind affect, one area was blown almost to the Dec 15 crust on a southerly aspect. We had westerly moderate winds through the day with an additional ~5cm of low density snow. Conditions were spicey out there!
