Comments
Started day with ski & board boots on, hiked to about 1100 m elevation before putting on skis and skins. Snow was deep and fluffy; there was enough coverage to make for easy travel. Wind affect was noticeable starting around 1850 m elevation where there were wind lips/crusts and variable snow density. Sluffing observed around 1875 m (see first photo). Skied down and out with ease - steeper creeks are not filled in yet given how early season it is.
