We found the aemmer to be in suprisingly ok conditions this weekend (Sunday Dec 6th). Boot penetration between ankle and knee all the way up, becoming softer near the top.
Inverted temps (-15c rising to -5c), lower elevations had well preserved hoar frost, treeline and above was blasted by wind, in many places there was no snow left.
