Comments
Day 2 in Atlin, BC. We headed into Burdette Creek and the Atlin alpine hut. A quick dig in the snow showed slabs on facets. These layers were reactive in isolated column tests so we chose low angle low consequence terrain for the day.
Average snowpack depth at tree line was 150cm.
