Early season recce to check out snow conditions. Snowline: 1200m. Snow depth at the cabin: 45cm. Snow depth at upper treeline: around 75cm.
Once we were reached about 1800m the riding was surprisingly good. Snow was supportive but soft. Plenary of early season hazards out there. No signs of instability.
