Comments
Skied Log Cabin today and stayed below treeline. South east aspect was crusty, wind affected and inconsistent. Visibility was low. Most enjoyable skiing was through tight trees on ski out where it was wind sheltered and powdery. Dug a pit, snow depth measured to 240cm. Did column test to 160cm, no obvious weak layers throughout compression test.
